  • Account doesn't exist with that email

Solutions:

1. Check Email Address:

  • Verify spelling

  • Try alternate email addresses
  • No spaces before/after
  • Correct domain (.com, not .con)

2. Reset Password:

  • Click "Forgot Password"
  • Enter your email address
  • Check inbox for reset link
  • Check spam/junk folder
  • Create new password

3. Try Remembered Passwords:

  • Browser may have saved it
  • Check password manager
  • Try passwords you commonly use
  • Be careful of caps lock

4. Create New Account:

  • If no account exists
  • Use "Sign Up" instead
  • May have different email than remembered

Can't Receive Password Reset Email

Check These First:

1. Spam/Junk Folder:

  • Check promotions tab (Gmail)
