Types of Notifications

Service Notifications:

Essential updates about your bookings:

  • Booking Confirmed - When service is confirmed
  • Pro Assigned - When your Pro accepts
  • Reminder - 24 hours before service
  • Pro En Route - When Pro is on the way
  • Service Started - When Pro begins work
  • Service Complete - When work is finished
  • Payment Receipt - After payment processes
  • Review Request - Invite to review Pro

Cannot disable: Required for service coordination

Communication Notifications:

Messages and updates:

  • 📧 Pro Messages - When Pro sends message
  • 💬 Customer Support - Responses from support team
  • 📸 Photos Shared - When Pro shares photos
  • Questions - When Pro has questions

Control: Can adjust frequency

Account Notifications:

Important account information:

  • 🔐 Security Alerts - Login from new device
  • 💳 Payment Updates - Card expiring, payment issues
  • 📝 Profile Changes - Account modifications
