Find and understand your Royal Palm Home Services invoices.
Accessing Your Invoices:
1. Log into your account
2. Go to Dashboard
3. Click on completed service
4. View or download invoice
Email Receipt:
You'll automatically receive:
- Email confirmation when charged
- PDF invoice attached
- Sent to your account email
- Usually within minutes of payment
Invoice Details:
Your invoice includes:
- Service date and description
- Pro name and contact
- Start and end time
- Hourly rate
- Hours worked
- Subtotal
- Trust & Support Fee
- Any expenses
- Total charged
- Payment method (last 4 digits)
Understanding Your Invoice:
Hours Worked:
- Rounded to nearest quarter hour (15 min)
- Includes active work time
- May include short breaks during continuous work
Trust & Support Fee:
- Percentage-based platform fee
- Covers: secure payments, insurance, customer support, Happiness Pledge
- Applied to labor costs only (not expenses)
Expenses:
- Materials or supplies
- Must be pre-approved by you
- Shown separately on invoice
- Includes itemized list
Tax Information:
- Invoices show charges including all fees
- Sales tax applies in some jurisdictions
- Tax ID provided on invoice
- Keep for your records
Downloading Invoices:
- Available as PDF
- Can download anytime from Dashboard
- Keep for expense tracking
- May be needed for:
- Home office deductions
- Business expenses
- Insurance claims
Invoice Disputes:
If you see an error:
1. Contact your Pro first through chat
2. Explain the discrepancy
3. Pros can adjust invoices within 72 hours
4. Contact support if unresolved
Requesting Revised Invoice:
- Message your Pro with specific issue
- Common adjustments:
- Unapproved expenses
- Duplicate charges
- Changes require Pro approval
Record Keeping:
- Store all invoices for at least 1 year
- Export to accounting software if needed
