Find and understand your Royal Palm Home Services invoices.

Accessing Your Invoices:

1. Log into your account
2. Go to Dashboard
3. Click on completed service
4. View or download invoice

Email Receipt:

You'll automatically receive:

  • Email confirmation when charged
  • PDF invoice attached
  • Sent to your account email
  • Usually within minutes of payment

Invoice Details:

Your invoice includes:

  • Service date and description
  • Pro name and contact
  • Start and end time
  • Hourly rate
  • Hours worked
  • Subtotal
  • Trust & Support Fee
  • Any expenses
  • Total charged
  • Payment method (last 4 digits)

Understanding Your Invoice:

Hours Worked:

  • Rounded to nearest quarter hour (15 min)
  • Includes active work time
  • May include short breaks during continuous work

Trust & Support Fee:

  • Percentage-based platform fee
  • Covers: secure payments, insurance, customer support, Happiness Pledge
  • Applied to labor costs only (not expenses)

Expenses:

  • Materials or supplies
  • Must be pre-approved by you
  • Shown separately on invoice
  • Includes itemized list

Tax Information:

  • Invoices show charges including all fees
  • Sales tax applies in some jurisdictions
  • Tax ID provided on invoice
  • Keep for your records

Downloading Invoices:

  • Available as PDF
  • Can download anytime from Dashboard
  • Keep for expense tracking
  • May be needed for:
- Rental property management
- Home office deductions
- Business expenses
- Insurance claims

Invoice Disputes:

If you see an error:
1. Contact your Pro first through chat
2. Explain the discrepancy
3. Pros can adjust invoices within 72 hours
4. Contact support if unresolved

Requesting Revised Invoice:

  • Message your Pro with specific issue
  • Common adjustments:
- Incorrect hours
- Unapproved expenses
- Duplicate charges
  • Changes require Pro approval

Record Keeping:

  • Store all invoices for at least 1 year
  • Export to accounting software if needed
  • Note: For business use, consult tax professional
